When you are ready to invest, just choose how many shares you want, connect a payment method, and submit your order. It’s that simple, and the process takes less than a minute.

Closing

After investing, your funds will be securely held with our third-party escrow agent until the next scheduled closing date. On the closing date, your funds will be transferred from escrow to the Sponsor in exchange for shares in the property.

• All deals have a scheduled fundraising period, during which funds can be raised from the community.
• The minimum goal amount must always be reached before a closing can happen, and a deal can raise no more than the max raise amount during the fundraising period.
• All deals will have a minimum and a maximum raise amount specified for the fundraising period.
• Deals will either have a single closing or may have multiple closings that can happen as frequently as every 30 days for the duration of the fundraising period.
  

Shares Transfer

After a closing you and your fellow investors will receive shares and formally be invested in the deal. When you receive shares, you will always receive a co-signed subscription agreement that will serve as your official certificate of record. Congrats you are now officially a real estate owner!

Earn

Now that you're an investor you can earn returns in two ways. First, if the property generates excess cash flow from things like rent collected from tenants, you can receive a distribution. This is typically a return you would expect to get in the short term. You can think of it kind of like a dividend from a stock. Second, if the property appreciates, your shares can appreciate along with it. You could realize this gain in the value of your shares when the property is sold, or sell them on the secondary market (coming soon).

In all cases, your potential returns will vary across each specific deal and of course returns are not guaranteed. All investments come with risk, including a total loss of invested capital.
