What is Rhove?

Rhove is a real estate investment platform that helps you easily find and invest in properties through fractional ownership. With Rhove, anyone in the United States has the ability to invest in individual commercial real estate assets for as little as $1 per share in a matter of minutes without all the hassles that come with traditional real estate investing.

What is fractional ownership?

Fractional ownership is the process of splitting the costs and benefits of ownership between many individual shareholders, making a high-value asset accessible at a fraction of the cost.

We do this through Rhove Real Estate 1, LLC, a series issuer of securities, qualified under the SEC Reg A+ Tier II exemption. Every investment opportunity listed on Rhove is a unique series of stock held within Rhove Real Estate 1, LLC.

Who can invest with Rhove?

Currently, anyone 18 or older that is a citizen of the United States can invest in real estate through Rhove.

How can I start investing?

Create an account here on Rhove.com or download the Rhove app from the App Store. Then explore deals, find a property you like, and click invest. It’s that easy, we'll take care of the rest!

What can I invest in?

You’ll find a variety of property types on Rhove that may include things like multifamily, short-term rental, office, hospitality, industrial, and others.

Does investing grant me access to the property?

Investing in a property does not grant you any access or rights to modification of the property. Instead, you are entitled to the financial benefits such as cashflows and appreciation (should there be any) of owning the property in proportion to the number of shares you hold. Remember, returns are not guaranteed. Any investment involves risk and may involve total loss of funds. Please do your homework and read all available materials.

How is Rhove different than a REIT?

A REIT typically provides the opportunity to invest in a basket of pre-selected properties, where investors have little control over which properties are included. There is also typically a high barrier to entry associated with this type of investment with investment minimums that run anywhere from $1,000 to $25,000.

Rhove empowers you to find and select individual properties to invest in for as little as $1 per share. With Rhove, you can customize your own portfolio of handpicked properties.

Why do I have to verify my identity?

Identity verification is a requirement to satisfy compliance with several regulatory agencies. We will only ask for the minimum information needed to fulfill those requirements. Rhove will never sell your personal data to any third parties without your consent.

Is my info secure?

Rhove is committed to protecting your personal information. We take deliberate steps designed to protect your information. These steps include, but are not limited to, maintaining information security controls such as data encryption, firewalls, logical and physical access controls, and continuous monitoring. These controls are regularly evaluated for effectiveness against industry-standards.
